The application fee for all English programs is $150.00 CAD and is not refundable. You can pay via Credit Card or PayPal in this form. There is an additional $5.00 CAD processing fee for online payments ($155.00 CAD total).

Refund Policy

استحقاق الاسترداد: يحتسب المسجل استحقاق الاسترداد ويستند إلى إجمالي الرسوم المستحقة بموجب اتفاقية التسجيل ، ناقصًا الرسوم غير القابلة للاسترداد ورسوم الخدمة للخدمة / المؤسسة المالية التي تعالج استرداد الأموال. في حالة عدم تحصيل الرسوم الإجمالية بعد ، فإن معهد هاليفاكس للغات ليس مسؤولاً عن استرداد أكثر مما تم جمعه حتى الآن. تتم معالجة جميع المبالغ المستردة على الجانب الكندي في غضون 14 يومًا ، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.

جميع مدفوعات التعليم المستلمة قبل مارس 2020: If student is declined admission to Canada, HLIC will refund all money paid less registration fee and related financial charges from the bank for sending the funds to and from each account. A letter from IRCC must be presented, along with a refund request, to begin the refund process. For all IRCC visa refusals given after March 2020, our school currently has virtual classes and attendance in person is not mandatory, student registration is therefore to be assumed for virtual classes.

الطلاب الذين ألغوا قبل تاريخ البدء: الطلاب الذين يلغون يوم الجمعة قبل تاريخ البدء سيحصلون على استرداد جميع الرسوم مطروحًا منها 20٪ رسوم إلغاء على المبلغ الإجمالي المدفوع. كما سيتم خصم جميع الرسوم المالية ذات الصلة من البنك من المبلغ المسترد.

 

الطلاب الذين ينسحبون خلال الأسبوع الأول من الفصول الدراسية حتى الساعة 12 ظهراً في يوم الجمعة الأول من الفصل الدراسي للانسحاب من الدورة. سيحصل الطلاب على استرداد 65 ٪ على الرسوم الدراسية فقط. سيتم الاحتفاظ بجميع الرسوم الأخرى (التأمين الصحي ، الكتب ، رسوم الأنشطة ، الإقامة / الإقامة ، الخ) ، بالإضافة إلى جميع الإيداعات غير القابلة للاسترداد (التطبيق ، الإقامة ، إلخ)

 

الطلاب الذين ينسحبون بعد الساعة 12 ظهرا في أول جمعة من الفصل الدراسي لن يحق لهم استرداد أي مبلغ.

 

لا يحق للطلاب الذين طردوا من المدرسة أو علقت من الدراسات مما أدى إلى عدم الانتهاء من الدورة استرداد المبلغ المالي. يشمل هذا الطرد أسباب سلوكية أيضا.

 

الطلاب الذين ينسحبون من أي برنامج 2 + 2 لا يحق لهم الحصول على أي شكل من أشكال الاسترداد.

 

لا يتم منح أي مبالغ مستردة على أي رسوم تجديد تأشيرة

لا يتم استرداد أي مبالغ على رسوم الإقامة.

​

لا يتم استرداد أي رسوم على الإقامة مع العائلات ، إلا في حالة التخرج المبكر من برنامج UBP.

​

يحتفظ المدير التنفيذي بالحق في التنازل عن رسوم الإلغاء وفقا لتقديرها.
